KeymasterThere are many students who lost their grades from the previous site, this was one area that couldn’t be migrated from the old Moodle platform to our WordPress platform. Since Moodle has thousands of students grades already it was impossible to determine who was active and who was not.
To restore grades all older students have to go to the classes they completed and submit the assignment again. Once you have done this I can then transfer or mark your grades from the old site, however I can’t transfer the images. When submitting the assignment write “transfer grades” and I will know to enter the grades from the old site and you will get credit for it and a certificate can be issued once the course is completed.

MemberJust tried to submit assignment for grade transfer – giving me a fatal error due to file size (file has been zipped)
Strangely when I deleted some photos to make the file size smaller, it actually made the file size bigger!
I will get my husband to have a play around when he is here to see if he can see what I am doing wrong (if anything)

MemberI have just removed some more photos from the file and re-zipped it. Total file size was 13.2 mb
This is the error message I am getting
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 26331661 bytes) in /home/hmdhcad/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1171
Looking at this the file was within the correct size allowed and no idea where it got the 26.33mb from, except it is just about twice the size as the one i am trying to send.
I can try and send it to you via either Bristol University or Dropbox, both mean you will have to open a link.
Not sure whats happening as my second assignment was sent via the new website and I had no problems – sorry no idea what Im doing wrong!

KeymasterHi Wendy,
How many pictures are in the zip? Try and put just 3-4 pictures in the zip. If that doesn’t work maybe there is something wrong on my end. It could be that WordPress has file limitation. Then just send the zip via email and mark the assignment submitted and I will take it from there.

MemberHi again Richard
It has accepted a zip file of 3 photos, so you should receive that.
I have also sent the original submission to the support email address
